These terms apply when you buy a gift voucher on mintvoucher.com, operated by [Registered company name], [company registration number], [registered address], Kenya (“Mint Voucher”, “we”).

1. What you're buying

• A voucher is a prepaid code for the stated amount, redeemable only at the shop named on it.
• Each voucher is single use and full value: it is redeemed once, for its whole amount. Any unused balance is lost.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Each shop sets its own validity period and terms (for example days of use or booking requirements). These are shown before you pay and on the voucher.

2. Payment and delivery

• Payments are processed by Paystack (M-PESA or card). Card payments may be limited or reviewed for fraud prevention, which can delay delivery.
• Digital vouchers are sent by SMS and/or email to the contacts you provide, immediately after payment or on the delivery date you chose. You are responsible for entering correct details.

3. No refunds

Vouchers are non-refundable. If a voucher was sent to a wrong number or email, or never arrived, contact us and we will correct the details and resend it. If a voucher is lost or exposed, we may cancel it and issue a replacement for the same amount and expiry date. The cancelled code stops working.

4. Redemption

• Show the QR code or quote the voucher code at the shop before the expiry date. Anyone holding the code can redeem it, so keep it private.
• The shop is responsible for providing the goods or services. If the shop has closed, contact us.
